A One day, 100 delegate Conference for a Government Agency, the target audience being from Government, local authority and Business sectors.

To handle all event management matters, freeing client to focus on big picture issues.

Amethyst, ran the event from pre event planning right through to post event matters. This included:
- Sourcing an appropriate venue in terms of location, access and budget
- Online pre-booking, attendance confirmation and registration
- Management of registration desk and Event staffing for the duration
