venue for your event can be time-consuming and frustrating -
yet is the first crucial step to the success of your event.
We, at Amethyst Events are committed to taking away the stress
of venue-finding and freeing your time to allow you to concentrate
more on your business.
After initial contact with Amethyst Events, the search begins
through the thousands of venues in the UK and worldwide to locate
suitable venues. You will be allocated a Dedicated Account Manager
who will deal directly with you - at Amethyst, we believe in
working closely with you in order to completely fulfil your
objectives and our attention to detail ensures that your Event
will be a huge success. |
What's most important is that this service is completely free of
charge. You can also count your savings in terms of time & telephone
calls if you were to personally call the venues for availability.
Within 24hrs of your brief we will endeavour to submit potential venues
and rates for consideration.
How the Venue Finding Service Works
One call or e-mail
to Amethyst Events with details of your event requirements will enable
your Dedicated Account Manager to begin searching for suitable venues.
Based upon your requirements we search our database of UK and worldwide
venues and select those that meet your criteria.
With over 15 years
in the industry, through our contacts and the significant amount of
business placed on behalf of clients, we have the buying power to
negotiate the best rates available on your behalf.
We shortlist the
venues most suitable to your specific needs & individual event requirements
- At this point we present you with a carefully tailored and detailed
proposal, including costings and venue information. As much as we
enjoy being involved with planning and organising - the final decision
is always yours.
We will arrange
venue site inspections for you, these are recommended for larger events
to enable you to familiarise yourself with the venue.
When you have decided
on your choice of Venue, you will receive a detailed confirmation,
a copy will also be sent on your behalf to the Venue, who should in
turn forward a contract to you.
From this point,
you will be in direct contact with the venue. Leading up to the function
date the Venue will confirm the final details with you. Your Account
Manager will be available for any assistance should you require this
and we are happy to offer any advice you may need. |
