Event Management 3 Day Conference

A Major organisation, representing over 100 Multinationals, asked Amethyst Events to plan and manage its Annual three day Conference

A three-day, 300 delegate conference in Europe for a Major Professional Organisation, involving 30 high profile sponsors and 55 speakers, to take place over a 3 day period.

Promote Intra-Industry Networking, Present speakers of interest to the industry, and provide excellent branding opportunities for Sponsors.


  • Amethyst sourced multiple venues and the necessary technical equipment to ensure the business needs of the conference were met. Criteria included, creation of a large stage set, provision of filming equipment, and online booking for delegates
  • Amethyst worked with the sponsors to provide maximum exposure to fit their branding requirements
  • Amethyst liaised with the speakers before and during the event to ensure their needs were met and they were comfortable with their sessions
  • Amethyst arranged various forms of entertainment from a golf outing to a video-recorded awards gala to facilitate networking amongst attendees
